What is İŞGEM and what does it do?
The Karaman Business Development Center (İŞGEM) is a business development center that provides the workspace, consulting, and training support that entrepreneurs and small businesses need during their startup and growth phases, all under one roof. Our goal is to help businesses successfully navigate the critical early years and achieve sustainable growth.
Who can apply to İŞGEM?
Entrepreneurs starting a new business, small businesses in their early years, and SMEs looking to expand their operations are eligible to apply. To apply, you simply need to have a viable business idea or an active business.
How do I apply?
You can apply by filling out the form on the Application page of our website. You can attach your business plan or company profile as a PDF to the form. Your application will be reviewed by our team of experts, and we will contact you.
What are the terms for renting a workspace (office/workshop)?
Our workspaces are allocated to entrepreneurs at rental rates below market rates. The lease term and conditions are specified in the contract based on your business’s field of activity and growth plan. Electricity, water, and common area services are provided by the center.
